Two padel holidays can both say “four days in Spain” and still be completely different products. One price may cover a room and some court time. Another may include private transfers, local transport, dinners and a host. Comparing the headline figures alone can be misleading.

For UK groups, people may be travelling from different cities. Keeping flights separate lets guests choose their own departure airport and fare rather than forcing the whole group into one bundled option.

The important part is coordinating arrival details early enough for the private ground transfer to work smoothly.

When is a hosted trip worth paying more for?

If you are travelling alone and enjoy building your own itinerary, a simple hotel-and-courts package may be enough. For a club organiser, corporate team or group of friends, the value of hosting increases because every extra person multiplies the admin.

The organiser is not only paying for bookings; they are buying back time before and during the trip.
