Terms &
Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and concierge services provided by Padel Paradise Jávea (“Padel Paradise”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By making a booking, paying a deposit or balance, or participating in an experience arranged by us, the lead guest and all members of their group agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our Role – Concierge Service.
Padel Paradise provides a local concierge, hosting and experience coordination service in Jávea, Spain.
We are not an airline, travel agent or provider of flights. We do not arrange or sell flights to or from Spain. Guests are solely responsible for arranging their own flights and travel to Alicante Airport or another agreed meeting point.
Our role is to coordinate and facilitate selected accommodation, local transfers, padel activities, restaurants and other local experiences on behalf of our guests.
Hotels, transfer operators, padel clubs, restaurants, boat operators, golf courses, wellness providers and other third-party businesses are independent service providers. Their own terms, conditions and operating policies may also apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or liabilities which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Spanish or EU consumer law.
Flights And Travel To Spain.
Flights are not included in the price of a Padel Paradise experience unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Guests are entirely responsible for:
- booking and paying for their own flights;
- ensuring flight dates and times correspond with their confirmed itinerary;
- passports, visas and other entry requirements;
- airline baggage restrictions;
- flight delays, cancellations or missed flights; and
- arranging alternative travel where necessary.
Padel Paradise is not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, schedule changes, missed connections, denied boarding, lost baggage or any other issue arising from a guest's flight or journey to or from Spain.
Where a flight delay, cancellation or other travel disruption causes a guest to miss any accommodation, transfer, padel session, meal, activity or other part of their itinerary, Padel Paradise is not responsible for the resulting loss or additional expense except where required by applicable law.
We will, where reasonably possible, assist guests with rearranging local arrangements, but any additional costs may be payable by the guest.
Travel And Medical Insurance.
Travel insurance and medical insurance are not included.
Every guest is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance before travelling.
We strongly recommend that each guest has comprehensive insurance covering, as appropriate:
- overseas medical treatment and hospital expenses;
- emergency medical repatriation;
- personal accident and injury;
- participation in padel and other sporting activities;
- trip cancellation or curtailment;
- flight cancellations and delays;
- missed departures;
- lost, stolen or damaged luggage;
- personal possessions;
- personal liability; and
- any additional activities selected by the guest, including boating, kayaking, golf or other sporting or leisure activities.
Guests participate and travel at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that the insurance they purchase provides adequate cover for their personal circumstances and planned activities.
Padel Paradise does not provide, arrange or sell travel or medical insurance and accepts no responsibility for losses which would ordinarily be recoverable under an appropriate insurance policy, subject always to liability which cannot legally be excluded.
Health, Fitness And Padel Activities.
Padel and certain optional experiences involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury.
Each guest is responsible for determining whether they are sufficiently fit and medically able to participate.
Guests must disclose any relevant requirements or restrictions to the appropriate activity provider where necessary and must follow all reasonable safety instructions.
Padel Paradise is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents or medical conditions arising during a guest's stay or participation in an activity except to the extent directly caused by our negligence or where liability cannot otherwise legally be excluded.
Guests requiring medical attention are responsible for their own medical and associated costs and should claim these through their own insurance where applicable.
Third-Party Suppliers.
Padel Paradise works with carefully selected independent local suppliers including hotels, transfer companies, padel clubs, coaches, restaurants and activity providers.
Services provided by those businesses are subject to availability and may also be subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, negligence or failures of third-party suppliers except where applicable law makes us responsible.
Where a supplier becomes unavailable, we may arrange a reasonable alternative of a similar standard where possible.
Bookings And Payment.
A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit or other agreed payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Padel Paradise.
The person making the booking acts as the lead guest and is responsible for ensuring that all members of the group are aware of and accept these Terms & Conditions.
The lead guest is also responsible for providing accurate information concerning the group and for making payments by the agreed deadlines.
The applicable deposit, payment schedule and cancellation terms will be stated in the group's quotation or booking confirmation.
Failure to pay an amount by its due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of payments already made where permitted by applicable law and the agreed cancellation terms.
Prices.
Prices are based on the group size, dates, accommodation and itinerary specified in the quotation.
Unless otherwise stated, flights, personal insurance, personal expenditure and optional activities are not included.
Changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
Where group numbers reduce after booking, the per-person price may need to be recalculated because accommodation, transfers and other services may have been priced according to the original group size.
Cancellations By Guests.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the lead guest.
Any refund will depend upon the date of cancellation, the booking terms agreed with the group and any non-refundable amounts already committed to hotels, clubs, restaurants, transfer operators or other suppliers.
Guests should ensure that their travel insurance provides suitable cancellation cover.
Changes To The Itinerary.
The itinerary shown on our website or supplied before booking is illustrative unless expressly confirmed as final.
Padel Paradise may occasionally need to change courts, playing times, restaurants, hotels, transfers or activities because of availability, weather, operational requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where this happens, we will use reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative.
Delays And Missed Services.
Guests must provide accurate flight and arrival information.
We cannot guarantee that services missed because of delayed or cancelled flights, late arrival, illness, failure to attend or circumstances outside our reasonable control can be rearranged or refunded.
Additional transfers, accommodation, meals or activities required because of such circumstances may be charged separately.
Optional Activities.
Optional activities including boat charters, kayaking, wine tasting, golf, spa treatments, beach clubs and similar experiences may be provided by independent third-party operators.
Participation is voluntary.
Guests are responsible for checking that their insurance covers the activity concerned and for complying with the provider's safety requirements, age restrictions and terms and conditions.
Personal Belongings.
Guests remain responsible for their own luggage, money, passports, phones, padel equipment and other personal belongings throughout their stay.
Padel Paradise accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property except where the loss results directly from our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Guests should ensure appropriate insurance is in place.
Alcohol And Behaviour.
Some dining experiences may include wine or other alcoholic drinks.
Guests are responsible for drinking responsibly and for their own behaviour.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any guest whose behaviour is dangerous, abusive, unlawful or seriously disruptive to other guests, suppliers, staff or members of the public.
Guests may be responsible for damage they deliberately or negligently cause to hotels, vehicles, padel clubs, restaurants or other property.
Events Outside Our Control.
Padel Paradise will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, strikes, government restrictions, transport disruption, public health emergencies, closure of venues or facilities, or similar exceptional circumstances.
Where possible, we will work with guests and suppliers to find reasonable alternatives.
Guest Responsibilities.
Each guest is responsible for:
- arranging their own flights;
- obtaining appropriate travel and medical insurance;
- holding a valid passport and any required visa or travel documentation;
- checking applicable entry and travel requirements;
- ensuring they are medically and physically able to participate in their selected activities;
- arriving at agreed meeting points at the stated times;
- behaving responsibly; and
- complying with the rules and instructions of hotels, padel clubs, transfer operators and other suppliers.
Limitation Of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Padel Paradise will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss arising from a guest's failure to obtain appropriate insurance, or loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Website Information.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Hotels, restaurants, padel clubs, activities and other services may nevertheless change from time to time. Images may be illustrative and a particular room, court, venue or facility is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the booking confirmation.
Complaints.
If a problem occurs during your stay, please notify your Padel Paradise host as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to assist.
Complaints which cannot be resolved during the stay should be submitted to us in writing with relevant details and supporting information.
Data And Privacy.
Personal information supplied during an enquiry or booking will be used for administering the booking, communicating with guests and coordinating the services requested.
Where necessary to fulfil an itinerary, relevant information may be shared with hotels, transfer providers, padel clubs, restaurants and other suppliers.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law.
These Terms & Conditions and bookings made with Padel Paradise are subject to applicable Spanish law and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rights available to a guest under applicable law.
